Beep Beep Goes the Bus Driver

Beep Beep Goes the Bus Driver Vincent Scala This book was so cute! My little boy and oldest daughter (2 & 9) love sitting through this book. I think it is like a modern day Dr. Suess. It is fun, catchy and has great pictures. What I liked most about this book is that it could be tailored to a boy or girl. My bad thing is looking at the cover you would assume that it is for a small child (2 - 3) It is actually for older aged children, probably between 6-7. Regardless though it is adorably cute and fun to read. You never know what will be coming next. It could be a dinosaur or a ballerina. I was given this book to review by Net Gallery. This is my honest opinion.

AHG

This year, I am going to be a leader of a AHG troop. We are so excited about getting this started. The belief of this group as well as my beliefs are very similar and I love everything that this group stands for. I will be posting lots of ideas for games and different fun items that we will be doing.

Taste of Home Recipes Across America

If you see this book, You have to buy it. I have had so many successes out of this book. It was so good! My favorite out of everything was the Hummingbird Cake..YUMMY! I wish my cameras wasn't dead so that I could post all the amazing things that I have been able to cook. My daughter and husbands favorite was the Maple Syrup Cornbread!! That just sounds terrific. :)

When you first look at the book, You probably think that this is an older persons cookbook but I can assure you that it is for anyone! My 9 year old loved to cook some of the things in it and I didn't hear her complain once about any of the recipes. They divide the book up into regions: West, Northeast, South, Midwest, Southwest. Each region has foods that come from each of those areas. You can find something for everyone in this book.
